Our health is an assemblage of every aspect of how we have been living our lives – thoughts, beliefs, perspectives, emotional states, karma, decisions, and actions.

As you Live with Certainty, you will naturally – without having to force yourself – experience the inclination to want a healthy lifestyle by taking better care of your physical self. Your goal should be to experience well-being through the creation of a foundational physical state so pure, clear, and high-vibrating that it fosters alignment with Source energy and the flow of your spiritual power frequency and deep-soul joy.

Healthy Living Depends on Healthy Food

There is no such thing as healthy living without a healthy diet. Just as you must de-clutter your physical surroundings, you must take a similar approach with your diet. However, before undertaking a new eating plan, you may wish to consult with your physician.

In my own journey, I have found that eating a “clean,” nutritional diet with everything in moderation to be a healthful and helpful starting point. A few of my favorite resources include:

You’ll not only burn calories and improve your health, but you will actually improve your mood and your sleep, and start to feel better – happier with more energy. Because inactivity is static producing in and of itself, it does not promote a healthy lifestyle.

    Learn to breathe deeply. Taking in long, deep breaths can alter your mental state and has a tremendously calming, centering, and transforming effect, even allowing your emotions to lift. Focus on your breath – not only when you are meditating – but all the time. Begin to take in more oxygen around the clock. Oxygen is not only life giving, but is energy inspiring. Not only is this calming, but it is so good for the cells that make up every aspect of your body. It helps keep you balanced, and has tremendous health benefits.
